Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are at least 70% full and include the original packing slip.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
